Love is definitely NOT in the air...or the minds...or the language of the staff at SpeedLA Dating.
First of all, they refuse to issue me a refund when I accidentally purchased two tickets to an event, when I only wanted one.
Secondly, there staff ""banned"" me from this event ""and all future events"" because I tried to get my money back.
They claimed I was being ""fraudulent."" If I already paid for one ticket, how was I committing fraud? I simply wanted my money back. No dice.
I then tried to talk to them on the phone when the owner, Anoush, was freaking out and hung up on me when I tried to explain my position.
To this day they still refuse to give me a refund and have even blocked my IP address from their website.
Very classy.
Stay away.
