Sad, but helpful to know that I was not the only one who experienced the negativity from this company. The owner can change attitudes--quickly, and is sachrinn and tries to discourage a refund pander to your ego. Business must be bad if you cannot do the right thing instead of keeping money for something not provided. There are better speed dating companies, this one tries to get points on being posh and British.
