Review content:
We've used NYC-based Oriental Rug Care Co. on several occasions to service the wool and silk rugs in our Manhattan home. These folks always show up on-site and provide a fair estimate before beginning the job, then perform excellent cleaning service of our valuable rugs. They are conscientious and deliver the rugs back on site in a timely way. Their personal service and honesty is a welcome change from the high-volume, impersonal approach of many NYC-based vendors. And we've always found their fees to be fair. We'll definitely continue to use them in the future.
