Review content:
I've been installing my PVC fence in sections as I complete each area of my yard. This is my third order so I've been a loyal customer. Anyway, I order the fence a week ago and asked for it next week. I wasn't paying close attention because he writes **next week** only on MY copy of the receipt. So Friday comes and there's no fence so I call my salesman Harry and he has some guy Mike call me to give me the 7-10 days spiel and tell me it will be here next Monday. Then he continues to ask who's installing the fence and question my credentials. What's that about! I don't possess an engineering degree from MIT or Berkeley, but I think the credentials to install a fence is to own a shovel and a level (and the level is optional in some neighborhoods). Nice attitude. I don't mind looking at the old chain link for another week, so I just let it go.\r

If I don't have it next week, I'll just dispute with my credit card company and fit some of Lowe's finest on my property. I guess the moral of the story is to carefully watch all copies of your invoice, and always put these transactions on plastic.
