First two times there the service was okay, but the third time I leave my dog there at 12:30 in the afternoon and didn't get him back until 6:30 at night. The girl at the front desk told us it would take four hours, but after four hours no call. Called them up at 4, they said it will take another one and half hour. Asked why, they said it takes two to four hours to groom, when reminded that it was already that much time, the girl is like well today is Saturday so it can take longer. No call until 6:15, so drove to the shop anyway. Got there at 6:30, asked them to get our dog...they still hadn't finished grooming him and the place was going to close at 7pm. So our poor 7 month old puppy hasn't eaten since 12 in the afternoon and instead of an apology the manager points to a small sign behind the counter that says ""minimum 4 hours to groom"". Nice place huh....I'll take my business elsewhere.
