I dropped my dog off yesterday morning after making an appointment the previous day. We were the first ones in and were told that we could pick up our dog in 2 to 4 hours. We called 4 hours later and were told that we would have to wait 1.5 hours to pick him up. When we asked why it would take so long they told us to come in 15 minutes.\r
When we got there we saw that they had completely chopped off most of my dog's beautiful fur when we SPECIFICALLY stated that we did not want to change the length, just a slight trim to clean up some spots (we'd been growing out his fur for months). Not only did they chop all his fur off but they did a poor job at it. It was insanely uneven as if it had been done in the dark. When I examined my pup more closely I noticed that he had a long cut on the skin covering his privates and he wasn't opening his right eye properly.\r

Don't bring your dog here unless you want its beautiful fur butchered.
