first ... no staff acknowledged that I was there...no one at ""check-in ""desk , so i sat in a waiting area...... I asked the woman doing manicures, if this was a waiting area ..I was new client..... plus mentioned WHO I was awaiting for and she said ""sure you can wait here""
Finally after 1/2 hour I went to desk again ...they had ""no Idea"" I was waiting..... She then proceeded to tell me there were ""problems here today"" and that the person my appointment was with had ""left"" ...... had quit!
THEN she was so anxious to give me an other appointment, later in the day... or another day
needless to say I did NOT reschedule ........ no will I !!!
BTW.... I found out later that the person who supposedly "" quit"" was actually fired ......
