Review content:
My wife had a severe cough, so we went to InstaCare for help. We were told we'd pay $75 up font, and possibly more upon departure (depending on the nature of the visit). I rarely give negative reviews, but people need to be aware of what followed:
Dr. Jon A. Middleton was downright rude to my wife. He demeaned her, made her feel uncomfortable and offered her no constructive advice whatsoever. In all, the visit cost us $95... for nothing. Furthermore, a few weeks later, we received a bill for an ADDITIONAL $59 for a throat swab. This was an another unpleasant surprise, as we were never informed that it would cost extra.
On the phone, we had a chance to tell an InstaCare representative about Dr. Jon A. Middleton's poor service. They apologized with nothing more than a verbal shrug. It may be that there are better doctors here, but - considering our experience - I would HIGHLY discourage wasting your time, money and emotion here. Unlike us, do some homework first. Ask around. Find a more reputable institution and a real doctor.
