Review content:
I work in multi-family and was hoping to find a more reasonably priced vendor. Called Kolorkist for pricing, which appeared reasonable. Called to schedule 3 apartment cleans and was given 9AM appointment for today. After scheduling, was called and asked to submit vendor credit references, which I did promptly. Sent fax at 8Am to confirm they would be here. No call - no show. Sent e-mail and Billy (manager or owner?) called to say we'd have to sign a contract for prompt payment before they could do the work - that ""we can't work for free"". What a rude comment to make to a potential customer that has 6 properties! Told him I didn't expect him to do work for free, but I would have expected a call BEFORE the appointment if there was a problem. He apologized, but it was obligatory, at best. We'll never use them - the lack of professionalism and failure to call are unacceptable traits for our business partners. My current vendor is doing the carpets this afternoon...it's best to do business with people who value our business!
