Review content:
I had the grout cleaned in my kitchen and entranceway. The two guys were on time, efficient and did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. I had my entire house carpeted in preparation to move out of state. My appt. was scheduled for 9:30am. The 1st group did not show until 1:30. The installer brought himself and his two young boys. Although he was able to move alot the furniture himself, the boys just played in the fort of stacked furniture. A couple hours later 2 additional installers showed up and started the carpet installation. These men were very efficient and worked very hard. They were ready to go home around 7pm and return the next day. Their manager called me to ask if they could stay to complete the job. It was okay by me when he said they'd finish by 9p. They didn't leave my home until well after 11:00p. The real kicker was they had asked to use my vaccuum because theirs was not working. I obliged to help them get their job done. Later that evening I noticed my vaccuum didn't sound right. I brought it to their attention, but they ""assured"" me that everything was okay. I brought this issue up with my rep ""Billy"" the very next day. He instructed me to take the vaccuum in to be looked at and let him know the damamge. The repair service said the vaccuum would need a new motor at $149.00 (mind you this dyson was not even 2 years old). When I called Billy back with the news, he said that it wasn't their fault and accused me that it ""had to be problem before"". This was a complete 360 from his initial reaction. He said he and his partner agreed it wasn't their fault and I needed to talk to the installer manager, that it was out of their hands. Billy handled the situation completely unprofessionally. So I filed the complaint with D'Ann Harper Realtors to make sure that they do not refer their clients to Kolorkist. If it was a vaccuum this time, it could be furniture damage or something else another.
