Review content:
I had a membership at golds for about 2 years. The hours are OK. The staff there is just plain rude. It like if your not in shape, they don't have time for you. I tried canceling my membership, they couldn't find me in the computer said they'd call me back never did, I called them back, they said again they'd call me back and never did!!! I never really felt comfortable going in there, much less taking classes or trying something new, it was just a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
