I've been a member here since 2008. I've reached my weight loss and fitness goals, and made a great group of fitness friends a long the way! There have been many changes in staffing and interior, but the people here keep me focused and coming. I really feel that this gym saved my life! All of their group fitness classes are completely effective, and the instructors really care about you! I can't recommend this gym enough, I tried the other gyms in town before I made my decision with Gold's, the others didn't come close. Last but not least they have awesome childcare, and a super friendly front desk, and staff!!
