First of all Sept 3rd 2011 NO AC WHATSOEVER..I had a party of 10...2 birthdays...with 3 seperate checks 2 boot. They would not accomodate for te comfort of their customers. Second 3 of the salads NEVER came...Another member in our group NEVER EVEN RECEIVED HER MEAL PERIOD. All the meals were wrong and either undercooked or overcooked...a child in our party did not want a chicken wrap but received it anyways. Our waitress told us they had new hands in the back but we still sat and waited for over 2 hrs. The end of the night our children got icecream for the birthday party which they said they would take care of which confused me since it was a birthday. We were charged gratuity even tho we strongly feel the service was very very poor and very very unsatisfactory. The manager was very rude and had no intentions on trying to make it right with the bill and the unpleasant evening we experienced. I HIGHLY suggest not going to this place if you want to have an enjoyable evening with your friends and family. One other thing..my girlfriends water glass was chipped and she slightly cut her lip and all they did not even apologize just gave her a new glass. MY friend that did not receive her meal period is a diabetic and had 2 leave 2 grab a slice of pizza. to top it off they did not even give us spoons for the ice cream!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH LONG POND 4 RUINING MY FAMILYS EVENT
