I ordered my food at 7:34 p.m. My ETA was 8:29. At 8:40 I called to ask when I could expect my order. I was told the delivery guy was backed up at another store, so it would take them a while before he could get to me. They were not very apologetic or accommodating. I had to ask to be insured my food would arrive to me hot and fresh. I was told since I ordered a salad, it would be fine, and they would make sure to "warm" my noodle dish. Umm?? The delivery guy arrived around 9pm, and he apologized, but his whole attitude and demeanor was out of order. We decided not to give him or Nooddi a hard time; simply enjoy the food we waited all night for. The noodles were still warm, but dry. The serving size was large, which earned them one star. When The salad was warm too, lettuce and all. Too many excuses, not enough care. A call to say they were running behind schedule? No. Instead they blamed it on Grub Hub for estimating the wrong delivery time.
