TERRIBLE company. TERRIBLE customer service. Save yourself the time, effort and money and go somewhere reputable. Lesco Appliance should not be allowed to be in business ripping people off as they do. We have been grossly overcharged for a repair that never happened. WEEKS after their initial visit our machine still wasn't fixed. We have asked for a refund and they will not return calls. We have now contacted an attorney to file a claim and get our money back- Since then we have had a different repair company come out. They fixed it in not time at all, and sited that it was a VERY basic fix- Lesco's negligence almost cost us the entire machine as a very key part was left to rot basically. Now that this has happened I've done research and we're not the only customers this has happened to. Lesco Appliance has very dishonest business practices and I would discourage anybody out there from ever contacting them.
