Review content:
I have been going to the same stylist for the last 13 years. While he is quick, current, and comperable, he fails in one major area: he doesn't listen to his client. I recently had my hair colored/highlighted by him before leaving on a major trip, specifically explaining I did not want to go too light. I showed him pictures of color I wanted to achieve, and even color he has previously done on me. He nodded his head, did his work, and I ended up lighter than I have been in years. Living in a cold region, I looked washed out, unnatural, and brassy. Michelle was able to fix his work, adding in warm lowlights with exactly the color I was trying to achieve in the first place. My hair looks naturally sunkissed and not too contrasting to my pale skin color, dark eyebrows. It is frustrating that after only a few days and money spent, I had to go to someone else to fix it! \r If you want a professional color job, see Michelle...it is her strength, and furthermore, SHE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED!!!!
