If I could give them a negative rating I would. They took my TV on 7/28/11 and it is now 1/9/12 and it is still NOT returned. They keep saying next week, next week comes and then its next week. We have contacted a lawyer and will look into filing a police report because what they are doing is illegal. and we will look into taking them to court. There is no way it should take this long to return a TV. Especially one that they have said they can't repair!!!!!!
