Review content:
The Beacon is convenient, BUT is managed by Titan Management Group, which appears to have nothing except excuses on why things don't get fixed here. Since I have moved in 01/10/11, the entry door to The Beacon from Safeway has been inaccessible 4 times for lengthy periods. The door is still broken (2 weeks now with a fix date of today, NOT FIXED) and management excuses of parts delays. The 260 King (The Beacon) spa has also been broken since move in date with no repair date in sight. Security lights in the dog park reported 2 months ago are still out. Multiple maintenance and gardening issues with this property with excessively HIGH HOA FEES for San Francisco Condos.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY WHILE MANAGED BY TITAN MANAGEMENT GROUP! If I had it all to do over, I would get a place nearby that is less costly where management repairs things without HOA LAWSUIT and constant budgetary excuses with ENDLESS EXCUSES from TITAN MANAGEMENT GROUP for repairs. Can anyone PLEASE get me out of my lease here?
