This is one time that I consider it an honor to write a review, and there is not enough room here to write all the positive feedback that I have received since getting my first haircut at Ooshas. I will try my best to summarize. The store is super clean, the decor of the store is beautiful, furthermore, when you first walk into the store your greeted with genuine smiles. Your not forced into a unwanted haircut, but Oosha has that unique ability to match a hairstyle that conforms with your features , and personality. Also, the service caters the entire family, I have never seen a beauty salon where the entire family walks in for haircuts and other services. In addition, children just love to get their haircut by Oosha, and we all know how difficult it is to get a child to sit still, but the children are always eager to come back. For me, Oosha professional, always engaging , and she loves what she does. Go to Ooshas, and become transform into a more beautiful person. In addition, want to add of a negative review on this site, which was not experienced by the the person who is writing the review,but is hearsay, and is libel. The facts are that the home attendant or caregiver was mistreating her client, and when staff bought it to the attention of the caregiver, the caregiver/home attendant lost her temper, and proceded to take her patient out of the store.against the advice of staff, and other clients who were present Now for some weeks I have asked City Search , and City Grid to remove this review, and all they do is send me a computerized response, of the format to my response. I sent them the information, and City Search, and City Grid continues to ignored this situation,. Their customer service is by far the worse I have had to contend with! .
