Businiess name:  Virgilio's Pizzeria Napoletana

Review content:
My first visit to Virgilio's was wonderful. We had to wait 15 minutes and then our feast began. The owner Virgilio came by and let us know they were making fresh homemade mozzarella as an appetizer. So we ordered that along with, spinach pinwheels, garlic, and the Verde salad. My God in heaven, the fresh mozz came out hot and stringy, they actually make it right before they serve it. The pinwheels were fantastic as were the garlic knots and the Verde salad. Wow and we did not even get dinner yet. Then Virgilio can by with a test pizza, white clam pie, fresh clams, bacon, garlic, onions on a alfredo sauce. Wow again, he said they trying to perfect it. Then came out our pizza margarita and the soprano. The crust, pizza sauce and cheese were the best I have had in Denver. The toppings were generous and fresh. (someone wrote about canned mushrooms, ours were fresh?) We also had some very nice wine that the owner recommended. We ended the night with a cannoli that was the real thing. I had so much fun because the food was so good and they playing Italian opera. The place is small so expect to wait on the weekends.\r \r Pros: homemade mozzerella, garlic knots, pinwheels, best pizza in denver Cons: small,
