Businiess name:  Virgilio's Pizzeria Napoletana

Review content:
We were very excited to try Virgilos as we recently moved near by and it had been highly recommended by both a friend and a neighbor. \r \r We arrived and liked the decor with all the wine corks. My wife ordered the ravioli and me and my two boys ordered a large peperoni pizza with just cheese on a quarter of it for one of my sons does not like peperoni. The server said that they could only do half pizza toppings not fourths. \r \r I told her that I was willing to pay for the whole pizza to be peperoni just to just have the kitchen not put it on one forth of it. The server then said she could not Guarantee the peperoni would not be on the fourth, I said that was fine just do your best. She then came back and stated that she checked with the kitchen and they said they could not do it. At that point I was frustrated and asked for the manager. I figured once the manager came out it would be sorted out quickly. Even Domino's will do this for you so surely a custom pie place like this could pull off this simple request. \r \r The manager then came out and said that the owner Virglio had made a rule that they could not take the peperoni off of one quarter of the pizza only 1/2 pizzas. I laughed because I thought she was joking but to my amazement she was serious. Wow I guess the customer just cant get what they want here. I asked her if I could speak to Virgilio and she said he was unavailable but she would give me his email address. She agreed it was a dumb rule and she apologized for not being able to help us but refused to make the pizza. I told her we would leave if she could not bend the rule she agreed was dumb and she said we could leave so we did.\r \r It is sad that a place would rather see guest to the door than to pull off a few peperoni's from one part of a pizza. They have lost four new customers and when we told our neighbor and our fiend about the experience they were amazed and said they would not be going back loosing eight loyal customers. I hope that policy is worth it.
