Unfortunately Robin Hood is nowhere to be found. CNET reports that America is FAR behind the rest of the world when it comes to Internet Bandwidth (speed). Insight has lowered our speeds, increased our rates, then launched a mega-million dollar ad campaign to sell our old speed back to us. THE SHAME! All without spending a penny on upgrading our infrastructure. Not to mention terrible, horrible, no good, very bad service, undisclosed fees and charges, false line items, rude employees. (The list goes on.) The only reason that Insight is still a player is because IT HAS NO COMPETITION!! Time-Warner WAS going to come here but they both turned to Saveology(dot)com : a Monopoly company. Folks, it's time to drop your Insight services. Show them you've had enough the only way you can. With your dollars.
