Review content:
When you read bad reviews about a place, you should probably believe them. The lady who I spoke with on the phone convinced me that this place got a bad rating by one disgruntled client. As it turned out, they took a really long time and didn't keep me updated on my vehicle. In the end, they did a good job, but prepared to be in a rental for about 3 times as long as the adjuster estimates.
