I have been taking my children to the practice for 7 years and I am about to leave. The front desk staff is very impolite. Medical assistants are impatient. One of them screamed at my son, 4 at the time, because he was scared of getting a shot. Some of the doctors are great, for example Dr. Darowish and Dr. Khan, as well as their CRNP, Don. Beyond that, I feel like every appointment is a problem. I called them on Saturday morning because my daughter was inconsolably crying and had a pain in her abdomen. Dr Krall called back, was very irritated about having to do so. He was not helpful and very rude. My daughter was later that day diagnosed with pneumonia. I no longer take my kids there when they are sick, only for their annual check up until I find a better practice. I have never been to a worse medical practice. Dr. Darowish, you should really address this because you are a good guy and you deserve to have better employees and certainly better providers.
