My daughter was at Wal-mart when the store closed. She missed the last bus back to UAlbany. She called for a cab and they told her 15-20 mins. She waited and a car never showed. She called back, and was told the car will be there again no car ever showed. I called the dispatcher and told him she was waiting, he was very nasty and said the car will be there, or maybe she just didnt see it... really!! My daughter called me in a panic as she was waiting for an hour and 2 men were trying to talk to her and get her phone number and she was afraid. I called the dispatcher back and this time he told me ""she never called and they didn't have any cars going out that way"" and hung up on me again. So I guess you can't rely on them as the left a 20 year old young woman at 1:00 in the morning fend for herself.\r
I wish i didn't live so far away or I would have gotten her myself. What a very nasty non-caring company.
