Beware of the maintenance plan offered by Bayside. My husband and I have been regular customers for almost two years. We begin to notice after about a year that every time someone came out to home for the ""twice yearly maintenance"" our units needed repair and it usually was not cheap. Today someone was out for the ""routine maintenance"" and SURPRISE our unit needs work which will cost a lot of $$$. After a while you start to understand that this is a way for the Bayside to make more money and upsale. We will be switching companies and getting another opinion on the repair of our unit!
