I contracted Bayside Heating and Air for a complete replacement (equipment and ductwork) of my home air conditioning system. Our family could not have been happier with the price/service and the work performed. Having to leave your house is a hassle, all the folks at Bayside worked as hard and as quickly as they could to get us back in our home. I have read horror stories of other a/c companies but none were true with Bayside.\r

I have also used Bayside for my business a/c system. I cannot run my business without air conditioning. We had a recurring problem that required many attempts to fix. Each time Bayside's technicians were at our office within hours and diligently worked to solve the problem. In the end it was a warranty issue but they never charged me for one visit.\r

Each time I have used Bayside they were extremely professional from the moment they answered the phone until the technician left and we recd a follow up phone call. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As it is now I do not even ask the price as I want it done right and I know that Bayside will perfrom the work correctly with care and the price will alwyas be in line with their competitors. I have recommended to friends and business associates and have never heard one complaint.
Pros: Very reliable
Cons: None that I know of.
