Horrible!!! Please don't use this company!! They installed a new air conditioner for us upon inspection they had to come out and reinstall it because it didn't pass..... One year later water in the closet drip pan was installed wrong. One year later in the middle of summer heat a almost new air conditioner suddenly stops working. They tell us that they have to put dye in the system it can take up to two weeks, ( Ok at this point I know I'm getting taken advantage of) , I tell them I no I need to think about it. They call back within two hours telling me that I really need to schedule this.. I say no thanks... And then comes the second opinion by a certified air conditioning company Technicians words ""What they will do is drill a small hole in the copper line so the freon leaks out slowly then charge you to come out and fix it, they also didn't wire correctly some of the wires are melted and there are arcs coming off of them it could have been a real fire hazard."".. Fixed for a very small fee from a small honest company.. not the 2000 they wanted to charge.. I am considering calling Bay News 9 on your side. They will rip you off!!!!
