Review content:
We have loved living here for the past year and 1/2. Quiet neighbors. Wide hallways and stairs. Vicky has always been responsive and caring. Staff very friendly and courteous, and they came and fixed 3 different problems immediately. The entry ways are kept clean. Snow is removed promptly. There was some parking lot work done last summer, but we were never blocked from getting in and out - very courteously treated. For the size of the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised by the low utility costs - The highest was $105 last January. Summertime high was $65. In my job I pay utilities for many rented apartments, and the costs here are lower than most. If we weren't moving out of town, we would stay here. I've visited many apartment complexes in the area, and for the same money, none are better. I am skeptical of the negative comments, for we have not experienced the problems they claim. It would be interesting to know what their real problems were.
