You will not find a friendlier staff of people. Everyone was simply fantastic.
The pool was clean and surprisingly not over chlorinated.
The rooms were kept clean and tidy. However, they could have been in better shape. There were water stains on the ceiling and the grout in the bathroom had turned color. Small fixes could have made the room absolutely perfect.
Possibly the best feature is the proximity to other sites. You are literally 3 blocks walking distance from a bunch of shops and restaurants. If 3 blocks is too far, they have plenty of free busses.
