I have the same problem with Beacon Property Mgt. They didn't return phone calls or emails. They did not provide advertising material when requested. I haven't checked in the repair bill that they sent yet. It sounds expensive to me. Property been vacants for >4months. Overall, I donot have good experience with them so far. Do you know any good property managment company in Columbus to recommend?
