Review content:
If you are a property owner and are looking for a property management company stay away from Beacon!!!!! I have had several issues where the leasing consultant does not return voice mails or e-mails. I am not a ""high-maintenance"" owner that requires a lot of attention but they simply do not communicate. In addition, we recently had repair work done on the property and the material charges (which they could not provide receipts for) were inflated by 300% above what the retail rate is for the supplies. I have yet to resolve my dispute with Beacon but once my contract is up with them, I will surely go to a property management company that actually cares about the condition and the tenants that are in the rental properties.
