Daughter moving from Pittsburgh. Asked me to meet Ed to walk through rental home. Drove from Pickerington to Grove City to find:\r

1) Address from Beacon website was wrong, in fact, not even close.\r
\r
2) After waiting for Ed to arrive, we were told there were no keys to let us in to see rental home.\r

I wasted both time and money attempting to give these morons business. Do YOU think they will respond to any service problems you contact them about once you are locked into a lease? I think the rash of service problem complaints on this site provides the answer.\r
