Review content:
Purchased a mower on Sat. to be delivered the following Mon. Never showed up, called the store and talked to Troy, the owner. Very unproffessional and rude. After getting severely upset he agreed to have one sent the next day.\r
He sent a floor model that had been sitting outside, covered in dirt complete with rusty blades.\r
I followed the driver back to the store for a full refund. The employees, Jack and Mason, were super nice as well as the delivery guy. Of course, Troy was not there.\r
I will not return to this store, nor will I reccomend it to anyone.\r
Sears used to be a dependable, customer service oriented store. I wanted a quality item from a qualtiy store. Guess I could just go to Wal-Mart...........
