Businiess name:  Kirtland City Tavern

Review content:
I went to this restaurant because it was voted best hamburger joint in NE Ohio for 2001-02. I guess they forgot how to cook hamburgers since then because the burgers at the Kirtland Tavern are nothing to write home about. Burgers were really no better than McDonalds. The only difference is a 1/2 lb vs. 1/4 lb burger. The Fries were cold, the service was late and unfriendly. Food was missing from the appetizer (no wings for Combo appetizer). This restaurant does not take credit cards. Cash or Check only which I did not have either of.. Who ever heard of that in 2006? They have an ATM with a $2.75 ""convenience charge""! How convenient! A Root Beer was $2.50 a bottle, extra ranch sauce was 35 cents, and the burgers were much overpriced and not that great. I will never go to this place again. Cons: Cost, Taste, payment options
