Review content:
Although sunrise has decent instruction, customer service is terrible. When I've had issues with my daughter, I have left notes, phone messages etc, and they never get back to me, or try to resolve the issue. This has happened numerous times. They don't really care about customer service, because they have a ton of students. Coach Kathy was great, but since she left last year, It has gone way downhill. I want to take my child out, but because she loves her classmates, I have to keep her there a bit longer. I have never dealt with such lack of concern for the customer. I think the owners need to be careful of this problem. They may have a lot of students right now, but if this continues it won't be long before that changes. The complaints I hear are numerous.
