We have just had the worst Pizza delivery experience ever. \r
\r
We just made a $27 pizza order and asked for Garlic sauce as we always do. When the pizza arrived, there was no garlic sauce included with any of the 3 pizzas.\r
\r
When my wife called to inquire, a person who did not take our order and calling himself Hunter answered the phone. When we told him we did not get any garlic sauce he said we should have asked for it. When told we did ask for it he began to argue. We told him we would like the garlic sauce delivered and he said no. We said that we would then like our sauce delivered or the tip returned. He again said no and said next time we should order the garlic sauce. This is something we NEVER forget because my wife won't eat Pizza without it. It was very disturbing to have my wife called a liar and argued with in this manner. When Hunter continued to argue we again told him that it wasn’t right for him to say we were lying. Then he said that the girl who took the order misunderstood and put garlic crust. We then asked if they were unwilling to make a trip out to rectify their mistake and he said his manager, Ethan, said no. \r
\r
The fact that the sauce was missing should have been a minor issue, but being accused of lying – to get something you give away for FREE, I might add – and being argued with in that manner was completely unacceptable. The person who answered the phone should have been at the very least, apologetic. If the extra trip was not something they could do, then they should have offered something more than being called a liar. \r

Your pizza place is almost exclusively the one we use. The worst part about this is that it isn’t the first time this has happened. The first time, a few years ago, we were delivered completely wrong pizzas containing onions and other stuff that we don’t even eat on pizza and were accused of lying then too when all we asked for was for the right pizzas to be brought. That time I personally took the pizza back and we didn’t order from you for about a year. In fact, we didn’t go back until you sent up some coupons because you noticed we hadn’t ordered in awhile. \r
\r
This time, my wife took the pizza back and they treated her very poorly. A bunch of guys in the store were talking to her like they were street thugs. They gave her part of the money back, but refused to return the tip. When she asked why, they again accused her of lying and said “how do we know you gave him a tip?” She said that they could call the driver and they said no. My wife was furious. She dropped the pizza and left. \r
\r
Do you seriously want this kind of behavior representing you company? You can rest assured that we will not return. For the sake of the customers you have left, please do something about the incredibly horrible customer service at your Holland, OH store.\r
