After a bad experience with my previous criminal defense attorney, I was fortunate to find Townsend Myers and NOLA Criminal Law. Townsend has been an incredible attorney in every way, and has provided the best legal representation anyone could hope for. Townsend is very accessible; I can reach him via text message, Twitter, email, Facebook, IM, or simply call him on his cell. He was very straightforward and explained everything that was happening through the court/trial process, which made me feel much more comfortable with the whole situation. This isn't easy to do. Being in legal trouble of any kind can be terrifying, but Townsend reassured me that it wasn't the end of the world, and helped me get the situation resolved. If you're a young (or young at heart) professional living in or visiting New Orleans, Townsend is your man if you happen to find yourself under arrest, or just stuck with a traffic ticket you'd rather not deal with in person. He'll always answer your calls, he'll never judge you for whatever it is that you're dealing with, and if it turns out he's not the best attorney for your particular case, he'll put you in touch with the right person. I would recommend NOLA Criminal Law and Townsend Myers to anyone in need of a criminal defense attorney. His capable legal representation and down-to-earth personality are the perfect combination. You won't find a better criminal lawyer in New Orleans. Pros: Reliable, approachable, accessible criminal defense attorney Cons: None.
