B Yoga is my personal oasis from the tensions of every day life. Krista has created a wonderful yoga center, that reflects and encourages a sense of community. Not only does she offer a wonderful array of classes and workshops, but also gives so much more! I so appreciate the special events with guest speakers and teachers that help promote and support our health and awareness in body, mind and spirit.
