Review content:
this guy doesn't care about the customer at all. he only cares to make a quick and easy profit. we hired him last year to replace our kitchen sink and install dish washer in our investment property. before we even discussed the color of the top counter, he showed up with a on off-brown color of the top counter. everything else in our kitchen is either white or green, and the counter he produced was clashing with the other colors. i wanted to return that counter top and buy the color that i wanted, namely either green or white. but avi said he wouldn't refund the cost, and he argued that the color shouldn't mater to me, this being an investment property. also he said green was not available and if i insisted on white, i would have to eat the cost. in the end i had to pay an extra $190 to buy white. later it occurred to me that he perhaps had a left over from another job, or got it second hand on craigslist, but off course he wouldn't admit to that.
