Review content:
I was surprised by how calm and professional the atmosphere is in this Boxing and Kickboxing School. Knowing how to defend yourself is one of the best ways to gain self confidence. People who know any form of martial arts will tell you - it gives you a sense of calm and peace. The techniques were easy to learn, and I also discovered how some of the other common moves don't even work! I was glad to learn good techniques that really can work.
