Review content:
My car was acting funny, so naturally I took it to the shop. My dad suggested this Firestone location because they had taken good care of him in the past. I drove my car, which felt like it would die at any minute, to have them take a look at it and give me an idea of what might be wrong and hopefully fix it.
I went it and explained the problems I was having, and without even looking at my car he told me to take it somewhere else. I'd understand him telling me to take it somewhere else if they checked the car and found that they couldn't help me, but these people couldn't even tell you the color of my car. They NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT IT OR SAW IT AT ALL. Just told me to go somewhere else. A little dangerous if you ask me. I was shocked.
Anyway, don't waste your time taking your car here, just go ahead and take it somewhere else, since that's what they'll tell you anyway.
Citysearch has made me give a star rating. I'm saying 1 because that's the lowest option they've given, but this place deserves NO STARS FOR NO SERVICE.
