I took my car to firestone to get my wheels aligned. On the phone I was promised a free alignment check, but after I arrived, they wanted $20.
I decided to let them do the alignment check anyway since I was already there. After some time they said they are unable to do the alignment because my car needs a camber kit, which will cost $150.
I refused to let them install the camber kit, and decided to just pick up my car. Although they did nothing, they still wanted $20 for the alignment check. I took my car to another shop and they performed the alignment without any problems.
These people have no scruples. If you take your car to them, be extremely weary of anything out of the ordinary that they try to sell you.
