When signing up with a home care agency, be sure to ask if they are bonded and insured and ask to see proof of it. We hired this agency and one of their aids was a convicted felon and had been in jail for thievery. This thief they sent to us stole my best jewelry (diamonds and sapphires) and many other items as well as identity theft.
