Worst managed restaurant ever. Went to the drive-thru at 6:45. Wish I'd noticed the two cars of people waiting for chicken - that would've been my first clue. When I was told it'd be 9 minutes to get my chicken (original recipe - they were out of the most popular chicken at 6:45??), I said I'd go inside to wait. I went in and three people were standing behind the counter with their backs to me, talking. They finally turned to me after about 3 minutes. Then I was encouraged to take a seat, and they went back to chatting, one young woman continually playing with her hair (eww). A full 20 minutes later, I walked up to the counter, because I saw the cook pulling the chicken out of the fryer. No, wait - actually I went to the counter because I got curious when I saw the Domino's delivery guy waiting at the front of the counter for someone to pay attention to him and pay him (talk about a surreal moment in fast food). At the counter once again, I watched as the cook slowly put each individual piece of original recipe on a tray. The three other workers didn't rush over to get their chicken to fill the waiting orders. We all stood and watched and waited until he'd put the tray in the proper place up front so that the workers could then fill the waiting buckets. The person taking care of my order had to check the order slip (I wondered how it could have possibly been confusing, considering I was the only one waiting in the entire restaurant). I got a brief 'thank you for waiting' and she quickly turned her back to me, evidently noticing my displeasure. NOW I remember why I haven't been here for years. It'll take me more years before I try KFC again, that's for sure.
