This place is the worst of the worst. I told my wife I have a craving for KFC but I don't want to get it here. I don't eat fried chicken often maybe once in a few years. I thought I'd give this place a try again. The last time was about 2-3 years ago & it was dirty, lousy counter service & no product available. Same thing on this return visit. I knew I was in trouble as I stepped out of my car . I made eye contact with the girl at the counter from outside & when I walked in there was no one at the counter. The food under the heat lamps looked scarce. I stood there for about 1 minute before I yelled ""is anyone here""? I then walked outside & there were 2 people in uniform hanging out side & they said ""oh sorry, we'll be right there"". So they come waltzing in & I place my order for my family-they were out of mac & cheese (mind you it's only 6pm (dinner time right?), One dingbat says we have some then opens up the warmer & pulls out a dried container of empty mac n cheese. ""Oh wow I guess we are out"". Don't they check there inventory?They were also out of chicken breasts which the kid slob hanging out by the counter said""should I make more"" YOU THINK? The sides I wanted were not available & the chicken was not available & the only thing the manager said was ""well you can wait for some if you want"". I guess I had no choice except to leave but I had a hungry 3 year old with me so I waited. The same thing happened to the 5 people behind me. They were all pissed.By that time 3 more people come waltzing out of the kitchen office- Probably the same people that could have greeted me when I first walked in. KFC ought to be ashamed of the poor service & lack of product available. Poor poor poor. They ought to shut down.
