If you are going to criticize the service at one of the top sushi restaurants in the country, you might want to tell us why you are making this claim. Otherwise, without any example of your experience, it makes you appear like you have some sort of gripe against the business. There is a reason why you have to wait for a table at Sushi Den and Izakaya Den - they are popular due to the quality of food and service. I have lived in the neighborhood for 13 years. I have never been dissatisfied with Sushi Den or their newer restaurant, Izayaka.
