the is the best place to go for sushi, hands down in denver for the TOTAL dining experience. now, i am a sushi lover, and i will say that there are other places in denver that rival sushi den if you want a quick bite, if you want to chill with friends, or if you want to skip ambience and skimp on service. however, sushi den is by far the best place to really dine for sushi. besides the long wait on fridays and saturdays (reservations are not taken) the night is perfect. i love the ambience of the sushi den, the flow of the restaurant is very comforting. the service is always excellent, and the staff is very very knowledgeable regarding any sushi related question you might have. they also make the best extra dirty grey goose martinis in denver.
