Chinook Tavern is an amazing experience!!! The food is beyond delicious and the staff wonderful. Ambience gets an ""A"", too, it's just very pleasant and cozy and a nice spot to just stay for awhile!! I had the veal shank and the meat just fell off the bone! Every dish was great, including the bread. We had a gorgeous waitress and as my son said ""She's hot!"" We even went in early, we had an 8pm reservation, but got there about 7:15, figuring we'd sit at the bar, but when we asked if we could possibly get a table early, they seated us right away!! This was just an extra reason to be impressed. We were lucky they had a table available for us!! This is a place not to be mised!!
