This company's been in business a long time, so I'm sure some people have found them good. I didn't. I brought my boat there and just got jerked-around from day 1. Confusing answers were the norm. I'd get calls from the sales guy who promised me one thing, then a call from the 'manager' telling me the sales guy was wrong... etc. \r \r On top of everything else, all they could talk about was how they might be selling the company within the next few weeks and that all their 'promises' to me might be off. What??? Then, when I kept asking for clarity on what their work MIGHT cost me, they'd actually get angry. I mean, this was standard work (inspect my boat and re-winterize it!!!). No... they had no idea. what that would cost and could tell me till the work was done. They wouldn't even narrow it down to a range of like more than 5hrs but less than 20. What nonsense.\r \r Flagstaff, Arizona doesn't have many boat dealers, so my choices are limited. But, if I can do my business with anyone else, I'll go out of my way to do so. Unpleasant people who just seemed like shady characters.
